St. John's Announces New Initiative Grant from the Diocese of Maine
The Diocese of Maine’s New Initiative Grants were announced
and one of the recipients is the Knox County Homeless Coalition’s efforts to
reopen the Hospitality House in Rockport. The grant for this work is for
$6,850, this will be added to a grant of $2,000 from the Episcopal Church of
St. John Baptist’s Outreach Grant for the same work. This grant was awarded from a joint proposal
from the Episcopal Church of St. John Baptist in Thomaston, St. Peter’s
Episcopal Church in Rockland and St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church in Camden.
